It was always our dream to own a home in Lakeside Montana, overlooking Flathead Lake. During the pandemic, as the real estate market seemed to get out of control, we feared we would never be able to realize this dream. We worked with Greg LeFevre who pitched the idea of buying the perfect lot with a view, instead of the perfect home. Never building a house, we had many questions and concerns. Greg helped us through the entire process from finding an incredible lot, to helping us select a builder and lender. We can’t thank Greg enough for helping us make our dream come true.
