POLSON – Montana

Polson is the largest town on Flathead Lake, with a population of 4,800.  This lakeshore community is located at the south end of Flathead Lake, where the lake flows into the Lower Flathead River.  Polson offers all the conveniences of a bigger town necessary for daily living, while offering the beauty and resort lifestyle of living on Flathead Lake.   Amenities include:  Multiple grocery stores, several restaurants and bars, lodging, Walmart, hospital, hardware and auto stores, and even a Starbucks.  For entertainment there is a Lakefront Casino, marinas, live theater, movie theater, and a beautiful lakeside golf course.  Polson’s location offers convenient access to both Missoula and Kalispell airports, at a little over an hour away from either.
